Can I sign in to mobile banking using Touch or Face ID?

Yes. Our mobile banking app for the iPhone device allows you to quickly and easily sign in with Touch or Face ID recognition. Android devices allow you to quickly and easily sign in with Fingerprint ID recognition. If you prefer not to use Touch ID to access mobile banking, in the app under Preferences > Biometric Authentications > Touch ID and turn it on or off here. You will then sign in with your username and password.

What happens if my mobile device is lost or stolen?
